  I used the app and paid online. Showed up 15 minutes after ordering, and it wasn't ready. I could tell they didn't have the order even. I suppose a driver must have taken it. I've done the pizza this my before. It's cool, I figure, another 10 minutes tops, right?
  It was 30. Oh Murphy, you rascal!
  I don't recommend these guys for pick up. It was convenient to my drive home. Next time I'll go to Whataburger or the Elgin location.

  They are pretty friendly and deliver orders correctly. Only once did I have a problem with a pizza that was really subpar. The guy working t hat day inside the store really delivered on the customer service. I was totally satisfied with what he offered. Best of all, he did with a smile. That's great customer service!

  worst experience has never heard of calling a place and saying there not taking order now ??? or inside the store ??
  what kind of buissness is allowed to say that to customers at leadt the company i work for thats a big no !! really disappointed on dominos
  has been backed up for 4 hrs straight ? and they cant take orders
